Hi, I’m Tissy — and this is my story
My name is Titiane Guillou, but everyone calls me Tissy. I grew up in Paris and its suburbs, raised by a mother who worked in an aeronautics factory and dreamed of returning to her native Brittany — which she eventually did. ☺️
She sometimes tells me she regrets not having been able to give me more. But honestly? She gave me everything that truly matters — love. Unconditional, abundant, unwavering love. And that has shaped everything I am today.
Following My Heart — Even When It Was Scary
At 22, I left the Paris suburbs alone and moved to Ireland to become a Tour Guide. It was terrifying. But I followed my heart — and I absolutely loved every moment of it.
It wasn’t the path anyone expected for me. My English teacher had actually written “applied but very shy student” on my university file — and laughed when I told her I wanted to work in tourism. I would have loved for her to see me years later, microphone in hand, leading a whole group of people through Ireland. 😄
Teachers — please never underestimate the impact of your words on a young person who is still finding themselves.
It was in Ireland that I met Gisèle — an angel who changed my life. She encouraged me to believe in myself, to listen to my heart and to live fully. It was also Gisèle who introduced me to Max in August 2000 — the man who became my husband. Intelligent, hardworking, loving and full of ideas. I’m very lucky — and yes, I’m saying all of this in case he reads this. 😆
Building a Life — and a Business — From the Heart
In 2005 and 2006, our two beautiful daughters Océane and Marine arrived — and my world changed completely. I stepped away from tour guiding to be present for them, and began training in Shiatsu, massage, pregnancy massage and birth preparation.
Once again, I followed my heart.
While Max launched his sea angling tourism business, I set up a French club for young children in our village, and slowly built my own path in holistic wellness. Then came the adventure of building two businesses simultaneously with two young children — which was exactly as chaotic and wonderful as it sounds! 😄
The milestones came one by one:
- 2012 — I opened my Wellness Centre
- 2013 — We opened our holiday home
- 2014 — I trained as a beauty therapist
- 2016 — I began exploring the world of online marketing and asked myself — how can I help even more people?
Over the years I completed numerous online marketing courses and learned to build websites, create content, design lead magnets, build email lists and more.
From Connemara to the Algarve — With a Cat and a Hamster
In 2018, we made one of the most wonderfully impulsive decisions of our lives. We decided to take the girls to Portugal — for the sun, for the experience, for the adventure. We homeschooled them, packed up the car and drove from Connemara to Albufeira — me, the girls, the cat and the hamster. Max joined us there. 🌞
Since then, we have split our lives between Ireland and Portugal.
Was it easy? No. Were there difficulties — new country, new language, adaptation for the girls? Absolutely. Do I have any regrets? Not one single one.
We have grown — all of us — in ways I never could have imagined. And I wouldn’t change a thing.
Why I Created Serene & Radiant
Today I run my beauty and holistic wellness practice Serene in Algarve in the beautiful Algarve, where I offer massage, beauty treatments and facial therapies to women who are ready to feel good in their own skin again.
But I wanted to do more.
Because over 20 years of working with women — on their bodies, their skin, their energy — I’ve noticed something. So many of us have spent years putting everyone else first. Shrinking ourselves. Waiting until the time is right, until the children are older, until we feel worthy enough.
I know that pattern intimately. Because I’ve lived it too.
Serene & Radiant was born from my own journey — and from my deep desire to create a space where women can come back to themselves. To stop shrinking. To start glowing. To remember how truly radiant they already are.
This is your space. And I am so grateful you found your way here. 🙏🏼

🕊️ Freedom Being free to live your life according to your desires and by listening to your heart is essential to me — choosing your work, your lifestyle, your partner, the way you nourish yourself and express yourself.
🫶🏼 Respect I value and admire respect between human beings — whatever their age, gender, skin colour, religion, financial situation, education, profession or opinions. And respect for animals and nature too.
💞 Love Starting with self-love. I put love into everything I do and give it abundantly — to those around me and to every woman I work with. Love is the magic ingredient for success and happiness.
🪷 Spirituality Spirituality is how I learn to know myself. It is one of the pillars of my life — practised through meditation, prayer, gratitude, communicating with my guides and the Divine, and creativity.
📖 Learning If you think you know enough, you stop evolving. I will continue to learn, train and share my knowledge for as long as I live.
⭐️ Authenticity Being yourself — truly yourself — is one of the qualities I admire most. That’s why knowing yourself, listening to yourself and following your heart — no matter what others think — is everything.
